During her free time, Meagan enjoys exploring outdoors with her husband and two young boys. With her genuine compassion, enthusiasm, and fine tuned attention to detail, Meagan works behind the scenes to help our practice thrive and to create positive patient experiences.
Front Office Reception
Jessica runs the front office as our receptionist. She moved to Las Vegas from Reno, NV and quickly became a vital part the Reynolds Plastic Surgery team. She graduated in 2013 from the University of Nevada, Reno with a BS in Elementary Education and plans to return to school to pursue a second degree in nursing this fall. Growing up inspired by her mom, a nurse practitioner, she was always drawn to the medical profession. She came to us with extensive reception experience in busy OB/GYN offices, so she was the perfect addition to our practice. Our patients adore Jessica’s witty personality and charm, but they also appreciate her promptness and organization.
Certified Medical Assistant Lead
Yolanda runs our clinic and is our Certified Medical Assistant Lead. She joined the Reynolds Plastic Surgery team when we opened at the new location in August of 2015. Previously working with Dr. Reynolds at Las Vegas Skin and Cancer, she was delighted to be chosen to work with him full time at his private practice. Yolanda graduated from Ashworth College, receiving her training in Medical Assisting, and became certified with the National Health Career Association in 2012. Yolanda has over 10 years experience in the medical field and is currently attending CSN to becoming a Registered Nurse. Our patients absolutely adore Yolanda’s calming demeanor and appreciate her advocacy and punctuality with patient care.
Medical Assistant & Licensed Master Esthetician
Meg recently moved to Las Vegas from Phoenix and graduated from the National Institute of Medical Aesthetics in 2014. She’s the newest addition to the Reynolds Plastic Surgery team and we couldn’t be happier about it. She’s got a smile that lights up any room and she’s eager to learn the RPS way of providing stellar patient care. You’ll see her working in clinic as a Medical Assistant and in our Med Spa as a Licensed Master Esthetician. In her spare time, Meg is a Netflix guru and loves spending time with her husband.
Alyssa has been a part of the Reynolds Plastic Surgery team for the past year as an office assistant, however, recently stepped into a new role as our Referral Specialist. She’s currently studying Cosmetology at Paul Mitchell The School Las Vegas and has a strong desire to provide outstanding patient care. With Alyssa’s meticulous attention to details and astounding organizational skills, our patients love that she’s quick to respond to patient inquiries and schedule new patient appointments. In her spare time, Alyssa makes out-of-this-world-delicious chocolate chip cookies, loves visiting her family in Idaho, and can hold her game on the racquetball court.

What is the “Patients’ Choice Award”?
Every month, patients across the U.S. provide online feedback about their experience with physicians and dentists. Although many of these doctors receive positive reviews, only a select few receive the almost perfect ratings in bedside manner, doctor-patient face time, degree of follow-up, and courtesy of office staff that may award them this recognition (at least a 3.5 out of 4 star review). Derived from true patient ratings, Vitals.com provides healthcare information with patients in mind.
